The approach

Strong is a skill you can learn

Every plan starts with how you move today and what you want your body to do tomorrow. From there, we build it up, one honest rep at a time.

  • Strength first

Big, simple lifts done well. Squats, hinges, pushes and carries that carry over to everyday life.

  • Honest progress

We track the work, not your worth. Small, steady improvements you can actually feel.

  • Habits that last

Training that fits around work, family and sleep, so you keep showing up long after the first month.

Coach Rowan Hale

Meet the coach

Calm voice. Heavy weights.

Rowan started lifting to recover from a stubborn back injury and never stopped. Wild Room grew out of that: a place where strength training feels welcoming, not intimidating.

Sessions are patient and precise. You'll always know why you're doing an exercise, and you'll leave each one feeling a little more capable than when you arrived.

Questions

Before you start

The things most people ask before their first session. Anything else, just include it in your enquiry.

I've never lifted weights. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Plenty of clients start from zero. We begin with the basics and only add load once the movement feels solid.

Can I train with an old injury?

Often, yes. Tell us about it up front. We'll adapt exercises around it and, where needed, work alongside advice from your healthcare professional.

What should I bring to a session?

Comfortable clothes, flat training shoes, a water bottle and a towel. All the equipment is taken care of.

How long is each session?

In-person sessions run for about an hour, including a proper warm-up. Remote plans are built to match the time you actually have.
